PT Updates

TAGUIG CITY, PHILIPPINES  February 20, 2018 – After 24 years of absence, Pronove Tai International Property Consultants welcomed back the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Philippines to the country. The new mission joins three other embassies (Hungary, Norway and Sweden) located at the DelRosarioLaw Centre, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

“The Philippine economy is one of the region’s most vibrant and we look forward to strengthening Polish-Philippine relations in the coming years. If it is any indication, the smooth and efficient transaction we had with DelRosarioLaw Centre through the assistance of Pronove Tai bodes well for what is to come in terms of business opportunities here,” said Embassy of the Republic of Poland’s Chargé d’affaires a.i. Jaroslaw Szczepankiewicz.

“We are honored that the Embassy of Poland chose the DelRosarioLaw Centre in their return to the Philippines. This is an affirmation of our building’s secure premises, accessible location and excellent tenancy mix,” DelRosarioLaw Centre’s Building Director Roselle Del Rosario-Rebano said.

“As the sole leasing agent of DelRosarioLaw Centre, we are delighted to have found another prestigious occupier for the building. Additionally, as the real estate services provider to 30% of the diplomatic missions in the Philippines, we are proud to have extended our assistance to the Polish Embassy in their search for office space,” Pronove Tai CEO Monique Pronove added.

While the mission has officially commenced effective January 2, 2018, the physical embassy office will be inaugurated towards the end of the year.
