Last November 3, after the Stop and Salute flag-raising ceremony at Rizal Park Luneta, Pronove Tai International Property Consultants joined hands with the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) and Bigay Pag-asa Foundation for a meaningful Tree Hugging Project, an urgent call to action to protect the trees, our source of shade, oxygen and habitat for the birds.
The activity was led by Ms. Chelsea Chang, Founder of Bigay Pag-asa Foundation, together with the students of Food for Hungry Minds School who excitedly tied “tree huggers” crafted by @milvidasph .
In light of Typhoon Uwan, the Tree Hugging Project is timely in its launch in the Noli Me Tangere Garden of our People’s National Park to remind all of us of our responsibility to preserve our environment for the next generations.
Let us continue to embrace nature not only with our arms, but with our actions.
