Prior to establishing Pronove Tai & Associates, Monique was an Associate Director at Jones Lang Wootton, Hong Kong where she was responsible for Research and Consultancy covering the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. The company subsequently assigned her to Manila to co-head Jones Lang Wootton Philippines, which eventually became Jones Lang La Salle Philippines where she held the post of Director of Research & Consultancy, Capital Markets and Retail Agency.

Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Economics from Assumption College, Philippines and a diploma in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
Monique was a contributing author in the "Cities in the Pacific Rim: Planning Systems and Property Markets" published in London, the United States and Canada. Her contribution was arranged through the invitation received from the University of Ulster, Ireland and upon the recommendation of PruLife UK whom she worked with on a consultancy appointment.
